WHAT TIME DO THE LOCAL RACES START?
Local Races start at 1:15pm on most race days.
WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN?
DO YOU HAVE A BAND AND OR ENTERTAINMENT AFTER THE RACES?
No. Due to a number of circumstances there is no entertainment at the track after a race meeting unless otherwise specified.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS TO A RACE MEETING?
No. The Gladstone Turf Club Inc. have strict liquor licensing regulations as well as Workplace Health & Safety policies that we are by law required to obey.
We have a full time caterer on site. To order platters or request special dietary requirments please contact Green Pepper.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND RACE MEETING?
Yes. We provide a safe family environment for all ages.
Under 18 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A MARQUEE BOOKING?
Marquees include a table and seating for 20 people.
There is only a limited number of marquees available along the fence, trackside.
The remainder are situated the next row back.
Allocations are made in order of bookings - sponsors and special guests are given priority placement.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A TABLE BOOKING?
Tables include seating for 10 people.
They are situated under the main shed area or on the deck subject to your booking type.
IF I BOOK A TABLE OR MARQUEE, IS IT GUARANTEED TO BE AVAILABLE?
Definitely!
If there are any issues with your booking on the day please see Gladstone Turf Club staff or committee as soon as you can and any issues will be rectified immediately.
CAN I DECORATE MY MARQUEE OR TABLE?
You certainly can. Access is available to the track all morning. Decorations must not pose a threat to horses so they must be well secured. Balloons are discouraged.
We also ask is that you do a quick clean up of decorations before you leave at the end of the day.
IS THERE A DRESS STANDARD?
Public Area – Neat Casual.
Members Bar – A minimum dress standard applies.

The Gladstone Turf Club offers a variety of sponsorship packages and advertising that can be tailored to your needs.
